Global DRT products are covered by a 30-day return and warranty period for eligible manufacturing defects or product malfunctions.

Contact our support team within 30 days with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. Photos may be requested when necessary to help us review the issue. We will confirm the return details and provide the next steps.

Depending on the circumstances and after review, eligible items may qualify for a refund to the original payment method or a replacement product. Refund processing times after approval may vary depending on the customer's bank or card issuer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or agreed to by Global DRT.

If an item arrives damaged, has an eligible manufacturing defect or malfunction, or you receive an incorrect product, contact us with your order number and photos of the item so our support team can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
